Senusret III was the fifth pharaoh of the Twelfth Dynasty.
Rule from 1878 BC. Until 1839 BC, and is considered one of the greatest pharaohs of the Middle Kingdom. The Greeks called Sesostris III and is the source of the legend of Sesostris. The name is pronounced as well: Snoosart third.
